| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Transfer of Assets and Liabilities (Public Utilities Board) (Consolidation) Notification. |
| Assets and liabilities |
| 2. All assets and liabilities arising out of the former City Council Housing Loan Scheme set out in the Schedule are transferred to and vested in the Public Utilities Board. |
