| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd August 2010. |
| Application of section 126A of Act to housing estates of Housing and Development Board |
| 2. The housing estates of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule are hereby designated as lands to which section 126A of the Act applies. |
