Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters
(Republic of the Philippines)
Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Republic of the Philippines) Order 2009 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 12th December 2008.

Declaration of Republic of the Philippines as prescribed foreign country

2. The Republic of the Philippines is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.

Made this 30th day of March 2009.
