| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under the Act which is punishable with a fine only may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 41A(1) of the Act. |
