| 1. This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Emergency Telephone Numbers) Order. |

| 2. The Minister for Home Affairs has declared the telephone numbers listed in the Schedule to be emergency telephone numbers for the purposes of section 14A of the Act. |
