Citation |
1. This Regulations may be cited as the Oral History Sound Recordings and Transcripts Regulations. |

2. In these Regulations —

Control of recordings and transcripts |
Research |
4.—(1) Any person may, for the purpose of reference or research, apply in writing to the Director to use any oral history sound recording or transcript.

Use of Centre and fees |
5.—(1) The Director may in his discretion permit any part of the Centre to be used by any person subject to such conditions as he thinks fit and on payment of such fee as he may with the approval of the Minister determine.

Penalty |
6. Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 3(1) or any condition imposed by the Director under regulation 4(3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both. |
Discipline within Centre |
7. Any person who behaves in a disorderly or improper manner may be required to leave the Centre and may subsequently be refused admission to the Centre by the Director or any officer of the Centre. |
