| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) (Dissolution Date) Notification 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 28th December 2006. |

| 2. The date specified for the purposes of section 18(3) of the Act is 28th December 2007. |
