| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Personal Data Protection (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2014. |

| 2. The authorities specified in the Schedule are prescribed as prescribed law enforcement agencies for the purposes of sections 21(4) and 26D(6) of, and the Second Schedule to, the Act. [S 68/2021 wef 01/02/2021] |
