(Special Notice — Exemption)
Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Public Order Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Order (Special Notice — Exemption) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 October 2017.

Exemption

2. Section 6A of the Act does not apply to any event organiser of an event —

(a)	which is to be held before 29 October 2017; or
(b)	in the case of an event taking place over a period, which starts before 29 October 2017.
