Pharmacists Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(3) of the Pharmacists Registration Act, the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2010.

Compoundable offences

2. Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 15(5), 23(7) or 40(4) of the Act may be compounded by the Council in accordance with section 69 of the Act.
