| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Postal Services (Designated Postal Licensees) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 10th September 2007. |
| Designated postal licensees |
| 2. The Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby declares Singapore Post Limited and any other public postal licensee to be designated postal licensees for the purposes of Part IVA of the Act. |
