Notice under section 17(5)

Whereas under section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have caused to be published in loose-leaf form the 2011 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Act set out in the Schedule incorporating all amendments up to 31st March 2011:

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 15th April 2011 as the date the 2011 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under that Act shall come into force.
