| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Rubber Industry (Exemption) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 22nd September 2006. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The provisions of the Act shall not apply to any person who brokers in, purchases or sells rubber by means of a futures contract within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289). |
