| 1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption for Vehicles More Than 3 Years Old) (No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 17 June 2024. |

| 2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicle bearing the engine number 1UR0847061 and chassis number URJ2024212803 that is registered in the name of Koh Rong Hui Joel. |
