Customs (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 3(a) and (c), 4, 5, 7 to 11, 13 to 17 and 19(4), (5) and (6) of the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 18 February 2019.
