(Commencement) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment) Act 2019, Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for the public sector, makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2020.

2. The Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment) Act 2019 comes into operation on 2 January 2021.
