| 1. This Notification is the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022. |
| 2. The Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021, except sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 10 and 11, comes into operation on 28 February 2022. |
| 3. Section 11 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 comes into operation on 1 April 2022. |
| 4. Sections 3, 6 and 10 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 1 October 2022. |
