| 1. This Notification is the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2025. |
| 2. Sections 2 to 8, 11 to 26, 27(b), 29 to 39, 41, 42, 43(a) to (f), (h) and (i) and 45 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2024 come into operation on 1 March 2025. |
| 3. Section 40 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2024 comes into operation on 1 April 2025. |
