Trade Marks (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Trade Marks (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Trade Marks (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 2nd July 2007.
