In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Serious Crimes and Counter‑Terrorism (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2018, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Serious Crimes and Counter‑Terrorism (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Serious Crimes and Counter‑Terrorism (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2018 comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
