Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2010, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2010 shall come into operation on 14th January 2011.
