(Commencement) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.

2. The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2016, except sections 2(d), 3(c) and (d), 9 to 14, 16, 18 to 21, 38, 39, 41 and 46(1)(a) to (g) and (l) and (2), comes into operation on 1 May 2016.
