Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2019
(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. Sections 2, 5 to 8, 10 to 17, 20(c), 21(a), (c) and (d) and 22(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 April 2019.
