Business Trusts (Amendment) Act 2022
(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Business Trusts (Amendment) Act 2022, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Business Trusts Act 2004, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Business Trusts (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2(a), (d), (f), (g), (i) and (j), 4 to 10, 12 to 16, 21 to 27, 39, 40(a) and (c) to (i), 44, 47, 50, 51, 53, 54, 55, 57, 59(b), 60(b) and 63(1) and (4) of the Business Trusts (Amendment) Act 2022 come into operation on 12 March 2024.
