(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Amendment) Act 2016 comes into operation on 18 January 2017.
