(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Services and Markets (Amendment) Act 2023, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Financial Services and Markets (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Financial Services and Markets (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 1 April 2024.
