Electricity (Amendment) Act 2006

Electricity (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Electricity (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Electricity (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Electricity (Amendment) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 1st May 2006.
