Gas (Amendment) Act 2007

Gas (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gas (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.—(1)  Section 36 of the Gas (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 8th June 2007.
(2)  Sections 2 to 6, 8 to 13, 15 to 35 and 37 of the Gas (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 11th June 2007.
