In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Amendment) Act 1999, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Amendment) Act 1999 shall come into operation on 1st June 1999.
