Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2006

Enlistment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Enlistment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2006 shall, with the exception of sections 3 and 4 (a), come into operation on 8th May 2006.
