Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016
(Commencement) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.

2. Section 35 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 comes into operation on 8 June 2016.

3. Sections 3 to 6, 7(d) to (k), 8, 9, 10, 12 to 15, 17(a), 18 to 32, 36, 37, 40 to 47, 49, 51 and 52 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 come into operation on 10 June 2016.

4. Section 48 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 comes into operation on 1 July 2016.
