Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from
Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade) makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2018, except section 4, comes into operation on 4 May 2018.
