Enlistment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2001, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Enlistment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.

2. The Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 15th May 2001.
