Payment Services (Amendment) Act 2021
(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Payment Services (Amendment) Act 2021, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Payment Services Act 2019, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Payment Services (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Payment Services (Amendment) Act 2021 comes into operation on 4 April 2024.
