Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 1999, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification.
2.  Sections 2(a), 36 and 37 of the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 1999 shall come into operation on 9th January 2012.
