Timber Industry (Repeal) Act 2001

Timber Industry (Repeal) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Timber Industry (Repeal) Act 2001, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Timber Industry (Repeal) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Timber Industry (Repeal) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st August 2001.
