(Commencement) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2014.

2. Sections 2(a) and (b), 15(b), (c) and (e) and 16 to 22 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 28th April 2014.
