Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017
(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017, except sections 2, 3(a), (f), (g), (h) and (i), 4, 5(a), 6, 10, 13, 15, 18, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 40, 41 and 46(1), comes into operation on 20 June 2017.
