Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  The Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 1st November 2009.
