(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  Sections 9, 34, 36(5), 37 and 41(a) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 4 June 2018.
3.  Sections 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 33, 35, 36(2) and (3), 41(b), 43(a) and (b), 44, 45, 46(c) and (d), 47 and 48(b) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 5 June 2018.
