Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments and Repeal) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments and Repeal) Act 2001, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments and Repeal) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.—(1)  The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments and Repeal) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001 shall, with the exception of sections 3 and 17, come into operation on 1st September 2001.
(2)  Section 3 shall come into operation on 1st March 2002.
(3)  Section 17 shall come into operation on 22nd August 2001.
