Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.

2. The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.
