Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2011, MG (NS) Chan Chun Sing, Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2011 shall come into operation on 20th July 2011.
