Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. Sections 32, 34, 35 and 36(1) of the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.
