(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  The Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2018 comes into operation on 1 February 2019.
