(Commencement) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Land Titles (Strata) (Amendment) Act 1999, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Land Titles (Strata) (Amendment) Act 1999 shall come into operation on 11th October 1999.
