Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st September 2007.
