Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The Singapore Workforce Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2016 comes into operation on 4 October 2016.
