Patents (Amendment) Act 2008

Patents (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Patents (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Patents (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st December 2008.
