In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act 1970, makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2022.

2. Section 42 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 comes into operation on 30 June 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
